Urofollitropin is contraindicated in following conditions: Allergic reaction to urofollitropin, Pregnancy, Adrenal gland, pituitary gland, and thyroid gland dysfunction, tumors in brain, breast, ovary, or uterus, Cysts in ovary not due to PCOS, and unusual vaginal bleeding, Females with high levels of FSH suggestive of primary ovarian failure, Infertility due to cause other than anovulation, except the patients undergoing in vitro fertilization.
